This two days later when we made a return trip to Tremadog. The climbing was good and the views were spectacular. More on the views tomorrow, but this is Mark leading an E1 grade climb, seconded by Ben.
I took the easy route, round the end of the crag
I have never really seen the attraction of climbing up a crag when you could go round to the back of it and approach it naturally. Still - good sturdy young limbs need a bit of stretching I suppose.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like tons of fun, they look competent & confident, but I often wonder if you fear for them.
ReplyDeleteLove the view in the last photo! that makes climbin seem worth it I guess :)
ReplyDeleteGorgeous sunny photos!
ReplyDeleteNow that looks like fun...for those young folk into rock climbing. Do you lithely scamper up there ahead of them to take those perfect 'we've arrived on top of the mountain' shots?
ReplyDeleteDesiree, I'm not so sure about 'lithely' OR 'scamper'. I usually watch from the bottom, where I can see the climbing, but I do like to struggle up, puffing and panting, to see the view :)
